KEIM silos and render machines provide for the efficient processing of the Exterior Thermal Insulation Composite System Layers (ETICS), and thereby clearly help to optimise the procedures at the building site. Due to the flexible delivery of 1 or 3 mΒ³ silos, building sites of all sizes can be economically served.
Silos and continuous mixers are usually provided. All common conveying pumps can also be combined.

KEIM Iso-Membra SX
Fully impregnated sealing tape made of PU soft foam, diffusion-open and driving rain-proof for sealing connection joints.
Larger joint widths can be sealed with one type of tape.

Compressed sealing tape made of PU soft foam with particularly high movement absorption, individually shrink-wrapped in foil, optimised shelf life. For sealing movement joints. Slow decompression, suitable for retrofitting.

One-component adhesive based on hybrid polymer. For permanent and driving rain-proof bonding of the KEIM Reveal-Top-MW reveal insulation board to the KEIM CRF-Connect 3D-Reveal plastering strip and the joint areas of the KEIM Parawet-MW insulation wedge as well as the connections to window frames (second sealing level).
Universally applicable for bonding materials made of concrete, aerated concrete, rigid PVC, wood, metal GRP (except PP, PE, PTFE and silicones), plaster and insulating material in exterior areas.

Iso-Top Thermfoam B1
Moisture-curing one-component polyurethane foam, CFC-free, flame-retardant after curing. Building material class B1 according to DIN 4102, WLG 040.

KEIM TEC-Platte
Calcium silicate board for highly impact-resistant KEIM ETIC systems. The KEIM TEC panels are mounted on the insulation boards to ensure the significantly increased pressure and impact resistance of the system.
Use category I according to ETAG 004.
Additionally suitable for substrate preparation of substrates that are not suitable for bonding.
