For an optimal start in our company, we offer new employees a comprehensive onboard programme: Within the scope of introductory events, new employees can immerse themselves in various company divisions and the product diversity. In our so-called "KEIM Orientation Weeks", new employees gain experience of our products both theoretically and practically.In this way, we enable new colleagues to get to know the company structure, the most important processes and their colleagues more quickly right from the start.

Reliability
Reliability is demonstrated by binding compliance with agreements and rules as well as immediate feedback in the event of deviations. Reliability creates mutual trust.
Fairness
Fairness means treating equal things equally and unequal things differently, i.e. taking into account the individual situation of an employee while weighing up the interests of the company, the group and the individual and making decisions transparent to those affected.
