KEIM Assembly Elements
For the execution and simultaneous thermal bridge avoidance in the static fixation of loads in heat-insulating facades, there are general elements authorised by the construction inspection authorities for high levels of safety and security. Punctual planning is essential for ensuring that the arrangement of the elements and statistical measuring meet all the requirements.
The authorised fixations are to be chosen via statistical measuring, and should be assembled prior to starting the insulation work. They must also be accepted by the third-party company responsible for the assembly, or carried out by the third-party company itself.

Dosteba Rondoline D90
Pressure-resistant and CFC-free polyurethane mounting cylinders, diameter 90 mm. For professional fastening of pipe clamps, coat-hanger supports, railings, awnings and outdoor lamps in ETICS.
Light to medium loads can be fixed directly in the cylinder without thermal bridges. For high pressure loads, the cylinder is anchored in the masonry.

Mounting cuboid made of PU hard foam (polyurethane). For the pressure underlay for mounting heavy external loads such as canopies, awnings or similar in composite thermal insulation systems.

SpiraldΓΌbel
Spiral-shaped plastic mounting anchor including sealing washer and integrated screw-in sleeve. For subsequent fastening of lightweight add-on parts in the finished plastered ETICS, e.g. door plates, letterboxes, lamps or similar. Recommended working load per fastening point 5 kg for EPS systems and 3 kg for MW systems.
Do not use in XPor systems.
