In an initial personal interview on site, the focus is on getting to know each other. We want to make sure that not only the professional qualifications, but also the personal chemistry between the applicant and our team is right.

In the second round of interviews, we offer an in-depth interview that provides specific insights into the role and the workplace. Depending on the position, applicants can also meet their potential colleagues and experience the day-to-day work.

Our aim is to facilitate a long-term and successful working relationship. It is therefore important to us that both the applicant and the company make the right choice. We place great importance on giving applicants a comprehensive insight into their future role and working environment before making a final commitment.
