KEIM silos and render machines provide for the efficient processing of the Exterior Thermal Insulation Composite System Layers (ETICS), and thereby help to clearly optimise the procedures at the building site. Thanks to the flexible delivery of 1 or 3 m³ silos, building sites of all sizes can be economically served.
Silos and continuous mixers are usually provided. All common conveying pumps can also be combined.

KEIM Iso-Membra SX

Fully impregnated and pre-compressed joint sealing tapes with temporary installation aid (adhesive surface) made of polyurethane soft foam. The fully impregnated joint sealing tapes Iso-Membra SX are suitable in ETIC systems for permanent and driving rain-proof connection joints between building component and insulation board, e.g. window and door frames, window sills, end caps, roof soffits, penetrations, etc.

Application in interior rooms (KEIM room climate systems) is permitted.

KEIM Iso-Top Thermfoam B1

Iso-Top Thermfoam B1 is a ready-to-use, self-expanding, one-component polyurethane foam. Iso-Top Thermfoam B1 is especially suitable for foaming unavoidable joints with max. 5 mm width between polystyrene rigid foam boards or mineral wool boards in the facade area as well as for bonding EPS insulation boards against each other in the area of external corners from 240 mm insulation thickness.

Installation gun Iso-Top Gun: Required for processing the filling foam (add. Iso-Top Cleanex gun cleaner).

KEIM TEC-Platte

Steam-cured, hydrophobic fibre cement board.

General technical approval: Z-31.4-160.

Approved for use as load-bearing and stiffening cladding of timber components according to DIN 1052/ Eurocode 5 in accordance with Z-31.4-160.

Applicable in facade areas at risk of impact, for bridging substrates not suitable for adhesive and external venetian blind/roller shutter boxes, for the application of non-combustible ETICS in timber construction.
