Carefully prepared substrate - a big step towards success. Preparation is the key to achieving a good result. Substrates can have a too limited load-bearing capacity caused by environmental processes or mechanical influences. For successful specialists and a long-lasting facade result โ remove coating obstacles with KEIM primers and consolidations.

KEIM Silan-Primer
Hydrophobic primer based on silane in alcoholic solution for use on heavily water-stressed or moisture-sensitive, mineral, porous building material surfaces.

KEIM Silan-100
Solvent-free silane-based water repellent in accordance with ZTV-ING OS-A. Suitable for waterproofing mineral building materials, especially concrete. Suitable for hydrophobic treatment of mineral building materials, in particular concrete. Can be used especially in case of frost/de-icing salt exposure and to protect the reinforcement against chloride corrosion due to salt transport as well as a primer before painting with Concretal-W or Concretal-Lasur or Concretal-C, as additional water protection in case of increased weather exposure.

KEIM Silex-OH
Clear solidifying agent based on silicic acid ester. Can be used on all porous mineral substrates. Especially for the reconsolidation of leached sandstone zones. Penetrates deep into the pores of the building material due to its very good creeping ability. The mineral gel precipitation causes good consolidation of the previously friable building material without impairing the water vapour permeability.

KEIM Silex-OH-100

KEIM I-W-Primer
