Colourwash designs are used for high-class restoration in the field of historic preservation and are also ideal for use in modern architecture. Both exterior and interior walls can be accentuated and refined in a very special way. By using different degrees of transparency of KEIM Design-Lasur, several layers can be overlaid to create depth, luminosity and complex colour shades.

KEIM Design-Fixativ

Sol-silicate-based thinner and primer for KEIM Design-Lasur. Used for the pre-treatment of highly absorbent substrates and as a thinner for highly transparent glazes with KEIM Design-Lasur for interior and exterior use.

Especially recommended for glazes in the solid colour range and for highly transparent glazes. KEIM Design-Fixativ is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificate™ Gold.
