Colourwash designs are used for high-class restoration in the field of historic preservation and are also ideal for use in modern architecture. Both exterior and interior walls can be accentuated and refined in a very special way. By using different degrees of transparency of KEIM Design-Lasur, several layers can be overlaid to create depth, luminosity and complex colour shades.

KEIM Design-Lasur
Ready-to-use glaze concentrate on sol-silicate basis in accordance with DIN EN1062-1 for interior and exterior use. For decorative glaze coatings and for finishing conventional top coats. Excellent for impressive colour designs and creative solutions. In combination with KEIM Design-Base and/or KEIM Design-Fixativ, KEIM Design-Lasur can be adjusted to the desired glaze effect as desired. KEIM Design-Lasur is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certifiedยฎ Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificateโข Gold.

KEIM Design-Base
Pigment-free glaze additive on sol-silicate basis for KEIM Design-Lasur. Serves as a thinner for KEIM Design-Lasur for glazing colour design indoors and outdoors. Allows transparent and mineral matt glaze coats with optimum application consistency, low settling behaviour and weather-resistant layer thicknesses.
KEIM Design-Base is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certifiedยฎ Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificateโข Gold.

KEIM Design-Fixativ
Sol-silicate-based thinner and primer for KEIM Design-Lasur. Used for the pre-treatment of highly absorbent substrates and as a thinner for highly transparent glazes with KEIM Design-Lasur for interior and exterior use.
Especially recommended for glazes in the solid colour range and for highly transparent glazes. KEIM Design-Fixativ is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certifiedยฎ Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificateโข Gold.
