Repair damaged structural substances
Buildings are subject to significant environmental influences. These can cause severe damage to their structure. Moisture can get into brickwork and bring dissolved salts with it. Damage from moisture and salt will result in visible stains, efflorescence and paint or render flaking from the surface.
The special KEIM Porosan Sanierputz (renovation render) system, in combination with sealing measures, can successfully and permanently repair damaged structures. KEIM Porosan Sanierputz (renovation render) systems are characterised by high water-repellency and concurrent openness to diffusion. Moisture evaporates in the form of vapour, while salt can crystallise in the large pore volume without causing any damage.
The KEIM Seccopor System is characterised by its hydrophilic properties and is used when humidity levels in a room need to be regulated, and condensation avoided. This render system is excellent for application on moist brickwork which is not heavily contaminated with salt, e.g. following flooding damage. It competently aids drying because it does not contain water-repelling substances.

KEIM Porosan-Trass-Sanierputz-NP
Factory-made dry mortar in accordance with DIN 18557 and DIN EN 998-1(R). Restoration plaster WTA, pore-hydrophobic special plaster for exterior and interior use for the restoration of salt-damaged plaster surfaces above ground level. Also suitable for wall surfaces with high moisture loads on historical buildings, old buildings, in the base area, cellars, etc.

Factory-made dry mortar in accordance with DIN 18557 and DIN EN 998-1. Base plaster WTA, supplementary product to KEIM Porosan-Trass-Sanierputz-NP or
KEIM Porosan-HF-Sanierputz. KEIM Porosan-HF-Sanierputz for the repair of salt-damaged plaster surfaces.
Serves to level out larger depressions, irregular masonry and/or as a salt reservoir in the case
