Anti-condensation
In the winter: as the heating is turned on, a black layer forms on walls as if from nowhere. Decoration using KEIM mineral paints has been proved NOT to contribute to this phenomenon.
KEIM prevents this phenomen
Many widely available interior paints contain volatile organic compounds (plasticisers) which are usually found in plastics. VOCs are usually odour-free plasticisers which do not need to be declared and, for this reason, they are often "invisible" to the customer. VOCs are emitted continuously from coats of paint over the course of many months.
In addition to the health risks involved, plasticisers can also cause the phenomenon of walls and ceilings becoming covered in a black layer made up of plasticisers and dust particles that are released when rooms are heated. Dust particles in the room stick firmly to the emitted plasticiser particles and then settle on walls, mostly in areas where the air circulates.
KEIM paints ensure brilliant white walls!
