Ellenborough House consists of a Grade II listed Georgian façade, adjoining a late 20th Century concrete office block.
Cheltenham Borough Council have been in contact with KEIM for a number of previous projects. They specified KEIM as they wanted an improved longevity product.
A site visit was arranged with Bryan Roe, Senior Sales Executive of KEIM Mineral Paints, Olan Hodnett of Ardagh Management Limited and Gary Angove of Cheltenham Borough Council, to discuss and advise on what product was most suitable to apply to the previously painted smooth render and concrete surfaces.
During the site visit, several areas were noted that required filling and repairs where KEIM Spachtel would be ideal.
KEIM Soldalit Grob was applied to even out the textural differences, followed by a coat of KEIM Soldalit-ME, a paint solution which can improve and purify the air quality as well as providing a long-lasting coverage.
