Γstra Housing Estate
On the site of the former ΓSTRA light rail depot in Hanover, a housing estate for the ΓSTRA's utility facility was built with 139 rental flats and a day care centre for children. The new wooden housing estate is considered the largest in Lower Saxony to date.
