26 terraced houses built in Odense in 2020 on the former site of Rikkesmindegården. The new buildings are architecturally designed with respect for the original expression of the barn and stables.

The facade is painted with KEIM Granital (colour 4701), recreating the characteristic facade from Rikkesmindegården.
