Norra Hamngatan, GΓΆteborg
Norra Hamngatan 4 (also known as Malmska huset) was built by merchant Max Malm in 1882-1883. The architect was Adrian Crispin Peterson. The upper two floors were residential, while the lower two were offices for the iron trading company Fr. Malm & Co. When built, it was the tallest building in the block facing Norra Hamngatan.
Since then, the building has functioned as a apartments and today houses offices on all 4 floors.
In 2022-2023 the facade has been painted with KEIM Soldalit in 3 different color shades (9255, 9112 and a special color made for the building).
