KEIM AquaROYAL EPS auf Plattenwerkstoffen

The thermal insulation composite system KEIM AquaROYAL-EPS on board materials is slim in structure and counteracts microbial growth in terms of building physics.

Substrate

  • as external cladding, generally building authority approved or standardised board materials, e.g. fibre cement boards, OSB, chipboard or wood fibre boards, glulam or board stacking elements, as well as cement-bonded chipboard or elements made of solid wood or solid wood external wall components, e.g. "Lignotrend elements" or "Magnum Board"
  • if necessary, special splash water protection in the plinth area
  • proof of adhesive tensile strength โ‰ฅ 0.08 N/mmยฒ, if applicable

Approval and determination

  • flame retardant B1 according to DIN 4102-1 for insulation thicknesses up to 200 mm
  • use in accordance with the requirements of the state building regulations for the entire wall construction
  • normally flammable B2 according to DIN 4102-1
  • use in accordance with the requirements of the state building regulations for the entire wall construction
  • KEIM approval Z-33.47-727
