Universal exterior wall paint sutiable for organic, mineral and mixed substrates
KEIM Soldalan is based on the sol-silicate principle developed by KEIM. Based on a special combination of kiesel sol and potassium silicate, we have created a binder that not only holds excellently on mineral substrates, but also perfectly on dispersion-bound old paint coats and plasters.
Easy to process
KEIM Soldalan is applied directly from the bucket, dries homogeneously and offers unmatched covering power.
Colour stable
The degradation of binder in organic old paint layers by UV radiation is stopped, while the structural properties of the facade are preserved. KEIM Soldalan is absolutely UV- and colour-stable.

KEIM Soldalan
Universal, silicate-based facade paint with a sol-silicate binder (combination of silica sol and water glass) for organic, mineral and mixed substrates as well as ETICS. KEIM Soldalan is water-repellent, highly diffusible, lightfast, UV-stable and extremely weather-resistant with minimal soiling tendency. Organic content < 5%.
KEIM Soldalan is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certifiedยฎ Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificateโข Gold.

KEIM Soldalan-Grob
Sol-silicate paint with light slurry effect for priming and intermediate coats using the KEIM Soldalan system. For leveling differences in structure or for crack filling of fine hairline cracks during renovation or when applying new coats on load-bearing dispersion- and silicone resin-bonded substrates as well as on mineral substrates. Coarse material is not suitable for finishing coats. KEIM Soldalan-Grob is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certifiedยฎ Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificateโข Gold.

Highly specialised sol-silicate facade paint with photocatalytic effect for organic, mineral and mixed substrates, as well as ETICS. Photocatalytically active, reduces harmful gases (e.g. NOx, VOCs) and organic pollutants. Organic content < 5% KEIM Soldalan-ME is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certifiedยฎ Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificateโข Gold.

KEIM Soldalan-Coolit
Innovative sol-silicate paint for the reduction of solar heating in dark colour shades. KEIM Soldalit-Coolit is water-repellent, lightfast, UV-stable and highly weather-resistant. Organic content < 5%

- With a few exceptions, colours available according to KEIM Palette Exclusive and KEIM Colour Chart Avantgarde. Monochrome shades S9009 and S9012 are not available (S9008 can be supplied in accordance with KEIM Palette, TSR value of all shades >30).

KEIM Soldalan-Verdรผnnung
Silicate primer and thinner based on sol-silicate (combination of silica sol and water glass). It is used as a primer for highly absorbent substrates or partial surfaces or as a thinner for KEIM Soldalan and KEIM Soldalan-Grob in the base coat on highly absorbent substrates.

KEIM Soldalan-Arte
Titanium dioxide-free facade paint on a sol-silicate basis for coatings with special colour depth and brilliance. Without titanium dioxide and tinted only with absolutely lightfast mineral colour pigments, Soldalit-arte particularly emphasises the plastic structure and original character of the substrate. KEIM Soldalan-Arte is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certifiedยฎ Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificateโข Gold.

Natural white pigmented with Lithopone, raw white (unpigmented).
