The owners and decorator are over the moon with the finish of KEIM on this beautiful, detached, Georgian property in Cornwall.

The previously painted render and concrete sills were thoroughly cleaned to remove dust and dirt from the surface. KEIM Algicid was applied to prevent mould and algae and KEIM IG Primer was used to treat the rust stains. Repairs were carried out using KEIM Universal Render (Unitputz 1.3), followed by a coat of KEIM Royalan Grob to equalise the surface. The two-coat system of KEIM Royalan was then applied in a shade of white onto the render and black on the sills. The owners are very pleased with the results.
