AMENABAR OCEAN and AMENABAR SEA in Costa Ballena (Cádiz)
The Amenabar Ocean and Amenabar Sea residential developments, located between Rota and Chipiona, offer the opportunity to live between the garden city of Costa Ballena and the seafront. The complex, designed by HCP Architecture & Engineering, is composed of curved buildings and similarly flowing landscaped areas that evoke Atlantic currents and the sunsets over the Bay of Cádiz. On this soft geometry, the choice of white KEIM Soldalit mineral paint unifies the volumes, organises shadows and gives continuity to a scheme that is fully integrated into the natural surroundings.
In the construction of the complex, prefabricated concrete supplied by Prefabricados Hermanos Quijada was also used. This industrialised solution has made it possible to control geometries, textures and timescales, improve the quality of finishes and optimise on-site installation. Factory precision and the repetition of modules have facilitated the continuity of the curved elements and provided an ideal base for the subsequent application of KEIM mineral paint, achieving a flawless finish.
The selection of KEIM Soldalit is based on criteria of durability, colour stability and robust thermal performance in a marine environment. The white finish amplifies diffuse light, helps regulate surface temperature and highlights the sculptural quality of the curves.
