The 6-storey Guridi building was designed in 1902 by the architect José Bilbao y Lopetegui and is located on Calle Licenciado Poza, in the heart of the Ensanche district. KEIM Soldalit was used to paint the exterior of the building during its most recent refurbishment, which was carried out in 2020/21. The unique colour scheme of the building required an absolutely colour-stable paint so that the facade would remain unchanged for many years.
