Current effects of the corona virus on our company and our joint business.

Dear customers and business partners,

Due to the current situation around the corona virus, we would like to inform you about the effects on our company and our joint business in the sense of a reliable partnership.

02/01/2021

  • As before, the current Corona figures and restrictions unfortunately do not allow any customer events at our locations. For this reason, we have cancelled all face-to-face events at our KEIM Academy until the end of March. But we are happy to continue to offer interesting online seminars in German language. You will find the current dates here. Further topics are currently in preparation!
  • The health of our employees, partners and customers is very important to us. This is why we continue to try to keep personal appointments to a minimum. You can also make use of our professional advisory services at any time via the digital options! 

Of course, our field staff is available for an on-site appointment if required.

  • Our product availability and delivery capacities are very good. We are in close contact with our raw material suppliers.
  • In compliance with appropriate safety and hygiene regulations, we attend individual customer and supplier meetings at our locations.
  • Our sales representatives are available on-site again for customer appointments. Of course, they will also advice you via digital possibilities according to industry 4.0 with the usual professional consulting services.
  • We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer our events and seminars as attendance events until further notice. Alternative dates for e.g. online seminars are listed on our website.

We at KEIMFARBEN have proactively taken all necessary precautions to maintain our product availability, readiness for delivery and our range of services.

  • We are mostly able to deliver to the full extent.
  • We work in two shifts in most departments in our plants to ensure our efficiency.

Our sales team is currently not travelling but is still available by phone, e-mail or video conference.
