Get started with KEIM

For an optimal start in our company, we offer new employees a comprehensive onboarding programme: Within the scope of introductory events, new employees can immerse themselves in various company divisions and the product diversity. In our so-called "KEIM Orientation Weeks", new employees can experience our products both theoretically and practically.In this way, we enable new colleagues to get to know the company structure, the most important processes and their colleagues more quickly right from the start.

To ensure a common understanding of our values, we have developed guideline about how employees and managers work together at KEIM. 

In our mission statement, several motifs stand for the ideal of successful cooperation; they are understood as a self-commitment for all KEIM employees worldwide. All motifs are interconnected and mutually dependent.

Clarity

Clarity translates our corporate visions and goals into clear responsibilities and tasks for individuals or groups with clear rules, rights and duties. This requires results-oriented leadership as well as mutual feedback.

Openness

Openness means cultivating mutual and trusting communication, accepting innovations and changes and promoting internal entrepreneurship by granting room for manoeuvre. Openness also includes the goal-oriented further development of our employees and, last but not least, an open ear for their concerns and needs.

Reliability

Reliability is demonstrated by binding compliance with agreements and rules as well as immediate feedback in the event of deviations. Reliability creates mutual trust.

Fairness

Fairness means treating equal things equally and unequal things differently, i.e. taking into account the individual situation of an employee while weighing up the interests of the company, the group and the individual and making decisions transparent to those affected. Fairness also means considering the performance of employees in comparison with the company's goals in order to avoid permanent over- or under-demand.


KEIM as a training company

We are a member of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and a certified training company. Therefore, we offer several apprenticeships in the commercial and technical fields every year. Thanks to our qualified training officers and our diverse range of tasks, we provide our trainees with a multi-faceted training. 

In addition to comprehensive support and familiarisation with the individual areas of responsibility, it is particularly important for us to offer as many trainees as possible the opportunity to be taken on as permanent employees after successfully completing their training. In this way, trainees get a safe and good start to their professional life with us.
