KEIM Royalan is a ready-to-use exterior mineral silicate paint system for use in subtropic/tropic conditions. It offers water repellency, high vapor permeability and forms a chemical bond with the mineral substrate. KEIM Royalan is made using pure inorganic mineral fillers, absolutely lightfast inorganic pigments, additives and potassium silicate binder.

Dilution and primer for the products of the KEIM Royalan system. Reacts chemically with the mineral surface. The product comprises of liquid potassium silicate, pure acrylate, stabilizers and additives.

KEIM Royalan-Grob is a highly filled, silicate-based priming paint for preliminary coats on difficult substrates in subtropic/tropic conditions. KEIM Royalan-Grob can be used in certain cases as a bridging coat on previously painted surfaces or to close non-moving hairline cracks up to 0.2 mm and equalize different textures.
