KEIM Royalan-Grob is a highly filled, silicate-based priming paint for preliminary coats on difficult substrates in subtropic/tropic conditions. KEIM Royalan-Grob can be used in certain cases as a bridging coat on previously painted surfaces or to close non-moving hairline cracks up to 0.2 mm and equalise different textures.

Consumption	for 1 coat approx. 0.20kg Royalan Grob & 0.05 l KEIM Royalan Dilution / sq.m or 0.019 kg Royalan & 0.0047 l KEIM Royalan Dilution / sq.ft.
Packaging	Red plastic pail w/white lids
Sizes	5 kg and 25 kg containers
Usage	KEIM Royalan-Grob serves as a primary resp. primary and intermediate coat within the KEIM Royalan system. It is used on all absorbent and mineral surfaces. In combination with the products of the KEIM Royalan system the various application areas are possible. KEIM Royalan-Grob should not be applied to horizontal or slightly inclined areas.
