KEIM offers durable silicate mineral paints and coatings that last for decades without peeling, fading or blistering. KEIM exterior coatings are water repellant yet highly vapor permeable. From extreme arctic cold to tropical and coastal harsh climates or dry desert heat, KEIM offers weathering protection for all types mineral substrates including concrete, brick, terra cotta, CMU block, brick, Portland stucco and lime renders, magnesium oxide, ICF blocks of new and recycled materials, AAC concrete blocks and many others.
